TIMOR-LESTE, Baucau — The Timor-Leste Defence Force, US Air Force and Australian International Stabilization Forces conducted PACIFIC ANGEL 11-02: Timor-Leste, a combined humanitarian and civic-military operation, in Baucau and Com Sept.. PACIFIC ANGEL consisted of several concurrent civil-military assistance activities including medical programs consisting of: dental, optometry, women’s health, general medicine, engineering programs and subject matter expert exchanges in public health education and veterinary education. As part of the operation, civil-military planning and operations were executed at Tri-Loka and Bella Vista Primary Schools in Baucau. The projects resulted in the schools receiving new roofing, doors, windows, electrical systems, paint and resurfaced floors. “The children are very excited and we appreciate the improvements the military is making to our school,” said Siprianas Biusasi, Tri-Loka Primary School Director. “The improvements will make our school a safer place to learn; and for that we are very grateful.” PACIFIC ANGEL medical personnel also administered free primary medical, women’s health, dental and optometry care to the residents of Timor-Leste in the Tri-Loca Primary School, Baucau and the Com Primary School, Com 19-23 Sept., 2011. The House of Representatives convened for the business of the day, one minute speeches, and special order speeches. The House disapproved of Senate amendments to bill HR 3630 to provide incentives for the creation of jobs and extend the Social Security payroll tax cut and appointed a conference committee. The House of Representatives passed a resolution expressing the sense of the House regarding any final measure to extend the payroll tax holiday, extend Federally funded unemployment insurance benefits, or prevent decreases in reimbursement for physicians who provide care to Medicare beneficiaries; and for other purposes.

This is a very challenging observation to get right. The camera is in constant motion, the cameraman – videographer is in constant motion, a great series of physical events takes place in this sequence and you will not be able to make this observation at all – unless; 1) you remain focussed on what I ask you to STAY focussed on AND unless 2) you set aside your fantasy ideas of what DEWs are. The US ABL program is real, they have spent billions on it since the 1980s. It is a stand off weapons system capable of shooting down missiles in their boost phase. DEWs did NOT bring down the towers, they did not vaporize anything, all in all they were a MINOR agent in the destruction, but they were used. This view is of WTC II destruction sequence, from West Street; DEW causes roof fire at 90 West nw corner. Thermate / Thermite, high explosives, possibly 4th gen micro-nukes brought the WTC towers down. BUT there is evidence of DEW which has a relatively minor effect during the destruction. Keep your focus on the north west corner of the building at 90 West street which is in the foreground in silhouette as the camera swings thru the arc to take the exploding – collapsing WTC II in view. See the incident DEW – EM beam and the light incident at the top of 90 West, between it and WTC II. And note that it starts a small fire briefly on the north – west corner of the building at 90 West Street. You are not going to see this unless you focus in on the area I have described.
